I still haven't started physical therapy! With the pop I experienced in my foot causing more pain I chose to wait until my foot felt better before I went to PT. BUT I'm calling today to set up my appointment. I feel much better about going into PT this time because I feel like my foot is in better condition to REALLY benefit fully from it. :) Guess what, Val… I still haven’t started physical therapy!
