This is my last post for 2008. Wow! I&#8217;m sitting here in my recliner typing on my laptop. I have terrible heartburn from the prednisone the doc put me on for the rash and swelling in my right foot.

I got my stitches removed yesterday. It was all good except for one of the stitches. It hurt when it was removed and the incision bled in that area. Otherwise the incision is healing well. At this point I just have to be on the lookout for increased pain and redness around the incision.

Wow! It&#8217;s been just about 3 weeks since partial release plantar fasciotomy (surgery) on my right foot. It&#8217;s so much better this time!

		<description><![CDATA[We had a doctor&#8217;s appointment on Monday to get the bandages removed. This was exactly 7 days after the surgery. The foot looks &#8220;good&#8221; per the doctor. During the past 7 days we kept ice on for 30 minutes and off for 15. Now Christina will have ice morning, noon, and night or as needed.
