Hey there!
I’m just about ready for the second surgery (right foot this time) and do I have some news. I may just have some pics from the actual surgery to post afterward. That’ll be neat for you and me.
I’m headed to San Francisco tomorrow afternoon. I think I might just pay the seals [...]

An interesting thing happened this morning. We got up early and made our way to the surgery center. We finally found parking and walked two blocks east to the surgery center to check in.
We rode up the elevator to the second floor and upon stepping out of the elevator I pulled my ID out of [...]

Wow! Tomorrow morning at this time I’ll be in surgery. My doctor, Dr. Marino, will be just about done with me and I’ll be headed to recovery shortly.
The last two weeks have been somewhat crazy. Who knew there would be so much to do to prepare for surgery!
I’m feeling pretty good about it. Everyone has [...]

Good morning!
I was just asked a couple of really good questions about this whole thing.
I thought you might have the same questions so I thought I’d post the questions and answers here.
Do these surgeries project complete recovery?
There is a 50% chance of success. Some places I saw there was a 50-70% success rate. Due to [...]
